Hi there! I’m committed to making sure you’re happy with your purchase. Since I offer both print-on-demand products and original artwork, the return policies vary a bit.
Print-on-Demand Products
All my prints, apparel, and merchandise are made to order, so I can’t accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please reach out to me within 14 days of receiving it. Send me a photo or video showing the issue, and I’ll gladly arrange for a replacement or refund.
Original Paintings
Each original painting is a unique piece, and I handle each one with care. If an original artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, please let me know immediately. I will need clear photos or a video of the damage to assess the situation. Depending on the damage, I may offer a partial refund, a replacement, or possibly a repair.
